Track your parcel through The Courier Guy using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Aramex South Africa
Track your parcel through Aramex using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Fastway Couriers
Where applicable, tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Other delivery or collection services may be used depending on the delivery location, parcel size, availability and delivery requirements.

Didn't Receive a Tracking Number?

If your order has been dispatched and you have not received your tracking information within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

Delivery Information

Our estimated delivery time across South Africa is 1–4 business days after processing and dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, public holidays, peak periods, remote delivery locations and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, will generally be processed on the same business day where possible. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.
