These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZULAVO website and your purchase of products through our online store.

ZULAVO is the trading name used by ZULAVO GROUP (PTY) LTD, registration number 2025/852630/07, a South African company.

Products such as chargers, power banks, cables, wireless chargers and car charging accessories should be used appropriately and with compatible devices.

Do not use a product if it is visibly damaged, has exposed wiring, shows signs of overheating, swelling, liquid damage or other conditions that may make continued use unsafe.

For electrical and charging products, customers should use suitable power sources and compatible devices.

6. Orders

When you place an order through the ZULAVO website, you are submitting an order request for the products selected at checkout.

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted where there is an issue with payment, stock availability, pricing, product information or another circumstance affecting fulfilment.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

7. Prices

All prices displayed on the ZULAVO website are in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.

Prices and product availability may change from time to time.

The applicable product price is the price displayed at the time the customer completes the purchase, subject to obvious pricing or technical errors.

ZULAVO does not intentionally store complete payment-card information on its own website.

ZULAVO delivers orders within South Africa using available courier and delivery services.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, peak periods, weather, remote delivery locations and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Warranty or return remedies may be affected by damage caused by misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, power surges, incorrect use, unauthorised modification or other customer-caused damage, subject to applicable law.

Faulty or defective products will be handled in accordance with applicable South African consumer-protection law and our Refund and Returns Policy.

ZULAVO is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law.
